Firstly you cannot park had to park in the ford site , when you get inside 3 ladies on reception tell you an adviser will be with you soon .. 15 minutes later . Looking in the showroom and i counted 8 staff doing sweet fa . I want to be in and out as quickly as poss . You have outgrown this site . My partner was late for her job due to the waiting game

Staff extremely friendly cannot understand some of the poor reviews perhaps the reviewer's don't know how to speak to the staff . They are a main agent so prices are going to be more but I personally think that a very good service is provided. Visited today with a dead battery new one fitted while I waited usual excellent service from all the staff who make you feel welcome

Bought a Golf R from this appalling dealership 7 months ago. Reported an issue within the first 2 weeks of ownership. They kept the car for 5 days. Then was told there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. Salesman at the time who collected the car from me also said it didn't sound right. I was then told to take it to another dealership as they couldn't help me anymore. I put the car into storage for the winter. Recently put it back on the road and took it to another dealership and within 5 minutes they found out what the issue is. The car now requires a full strip down and replacement of parts within the gearbox. If I had driven the car through the winter it would probably have destroyed the gearbox completely. Car had at the time only covered 9000 miles of purchase.
Garage refusing to offer me an extended warranty or any other sort of compensation for the inconvenience caused.

The staff were amazing, Greg especially. The main and only problem was the parking. With awful congestion on site arriving and departing.
